There’s something about September that just begs for routine and structure, isn’t there? Maybe it’s years of back-to-school habit but getting back into the swing of things each fall is almost as comforting as a nice cozy sweater. And this fall, I’m getting back to a regular routine with some nice cozy sweaters!
Seasonal collections are back, and today we are launching the 2020 Fall/Winter Collection: Sweater Weather.
First off, yes, that does say 2020. It’s not a typo. I’ve been sitting on this collection for almost two years, because I start working on collections a year ahead. I was putting the final touches on this collection at the end of 2019 but held off on releasing full collections in 2020; as with many other things last year, my designing and sewing were about going with the flow.
And in the spirit of getting back to routine, I am already thinking about what to include in my next fall and winter collection. I love finding new inspiration every year to get me excited for what’s next. Rest assured, though, that as the weather turns cool, I will always be thinking about all things warm and cozy.
This collection is full of exactly the items you’ll want to keep close by over the fall and winter: sweaters, cardigans, and even some gorgeous jackets. Plus, there are some gorgeous and comfortable dresses that are perfect even in cool weather.
Combining comfort with functional fashion has been my zone of genius for years, so this is a perfect collection to shop for this upcoming season. I dreamt up these ideas two years ago, and they still look fresh as they hit the racks now.
